Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Product Returns & Refund Policy
Strictly No Returns Allowed. Due to the food-grade, perishable, and organic nature of our superfood powders, we cannot accept any returns.
Damaged Parcels: If you received a damaged parcel, you must record an Unboxing Video showing the unopened shipment container being sliced and opened. Please email this Unboxing Video to our support desk at support@benutry.com within 24 hours of delivery. Upon validation of the unboxing video, our team will dispatch a replacement package.
1. Purchase Terms & Invoicing
By placing an order on our storefront, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All prices listed on our product pages are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST (CGST, SGST, IGST where applicable) according to the product-wise GST rates configured.
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, we will generate an official GST Tax Invoice containing our company details, your billing credentials, HSN codes, and applied tax percentages. You can download your invoice directly from your customer dashboard.
2. Shipping & Delivery Schedules
We dispatch packages daily via our courier aggregator partners. Delivery timelines vary between 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery pin code. BeNutry is not responsible for postal delays, courier transit backlogs, or customs/state border inspection holds.
3. Prohibited User Activities
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:
- Attempting to breach security firewalls or access unauthorized admin panels.
- Impersonating other customer accounts or simulating fake orders.
- Submitting false chargeback requests or duplicate checkout sessions.
- Using web scrapers or bots to clone our organic descriptions, pricing tables, or media galleries.
4. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
